Dagmor takes completed call recordings and returns clear reports. The Call Log shows each original recording filename and a readable highlighted transcript, so a manager can find a call without listening through every recording. Use your own script and required words, or correct a draft built from steps that recur in real calls. Dagmor checks scored sales and completed calls for agent Hero Scores; other reports cover conduct, recording gaps, what customers said between survey questions, and changes by date, agent and campaign. A person decides disputed findings. Teams can use the detailed view or just send recordings and take the finished reports.
